When I think of amazing pizza, Woodstock's is the first place that comes to mind! Their pizza never disappoints and always tastes incredibly fresh. I truly appreciate that they aren't greedy with the toppings--each slice is loaded with flavor! This place can get quite busy, but the wait is always worth it for us. Sometimes we call ahead to place a pickup order, and upon arrival, we assess the crowd. If it's too busy, we take our delicious pizza home, but if we find a spot, we love to enjoy it on-site along with some refreshing drinks. The staff is always super helpful and attentive, and for a busy spot, they keep the place clean. I also want to mention that they do have a couple machine games for the kids to enjoy while we wait for our order! Woodstock's is a treat for our family, and we look forward to each visit. Came here with a good friend of mine who went to UCD. And was craving the pizza. She hasn't been back for a few years. We shared the strawberry pecan salad. Which was amazing. We shared a medium pepperoni and mushroom pizza. It was plenty and pretty good. I have had the pizza in the past and it is best when it is fresh. The service was okay. There was a lot of tables that were not clear and cleaned. Overall it was a good visit
We were heading home from Sacramento/ Roseville area in a late weekend night and looking somewhere to grab a bite to eat o a sit down setting. Everything looked closed already and about to close on our way down towards the East bay. I had seen this area of Dwtn Davis which had a few eateries and Bars open which still served Food. We settled on Woodstock pizza and it was definitely buzzing with College life bar scene. Lots of people eating and drinking and we decided on grabbing a pizza and wings. We bypassed the alcohol options in which you needed an arm/ Wrist band to order drinks. I had ordered a Pepperoni and Mushroom pizza and some Honey BBQ wings. They had a self serve soda fountain with cane sugar options and non sweet iced teas. Food came out in 15-20 mins and it was pretty Good. Pizza wasn't too thick and wings were Wood fired, not fried chicken wings. Lots of options for pizza and drinks and definitely will stop by again if we're in the area again. What was best about the place other than the food, was the accessibility and easy to finding a booth and self service aspect. Having the convenience having to go boxes and pizza condiments like Peppers and Parmesan cheese on hand and easy to access without bothering a team member. The staff was Super friendly but it was a little busy for 11:30pm. Definitely worth a stop to check out if your in the mood for pizza and beer amongst a College like atmosphere.
The pizza is very good. Lots of pepperoni and cheese, on a reasonable crust. It's pricey: $50 for a medium (14") pie delivered. Update 2/11/25: apparently i was overcharged, and received a credit of $26 on my card. That reduced the price to a reasonable amount for the pizza.
My kids love Woodstocks. We eat here all the time. It's great to come after swim practice too. We've gotten delivery and now pick up. Pick up is on the side by the bar near 3rd street. No need to enter in through the front. Anyways awesome as usual. Pizza looks stunning. Service is amazing. Thanks keep it up.
Woodstock's Pizza can get pretty busy but it is some of the best pizza I have ever had. They load it with toppings and they have a delicious sauce. The dough is fluffy so I can even eat the crust here; At most places, I throw it away. I also love that they offer dessert pizza because I am a savory AND sweet kind of person. The dessert pizza is just as good as the traditional pizza and I highly recommend giving it a try! It can get very loud with the music and tv and people talking and staff is nice but they get busy as well so sometimes things slip by. Last time I was there for example, almost all of the sodas in the fountain were out of syrup and I was getting seltzer water no matter what I pressed. The bathrooms thought are always clean and I like that they have outdoor seating too so I plan to bring my dog with me and dine outside when the weather cools down.
Went with friends on Saturday & it was pretty busy. Ordering is straight forward. There's physical menus & QR code to see their menu. Once you are ready to order you go up to the counter and order what you want. I got the Classics Davis single slice pizza(~$7) with a side of ranch overall it was yummy & filling. The onions was nice & sweet taste to it. The sausage & pepperoni had a nice salty & meaty flavor to the pizza.
